We use Hostinger Reach to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers. Hostinger Reach is a service provided by Hostinger Operations, UAB.

We use BookFunnel to securely deliver digital book files, manage Advanced Review Copy (ARC) teams, and safely collect reader data.
Data Collection @ Tracking:> Bookfunnel tracks the reader's name, email address, and download timestamps (which BookFunnel tracks to monitor delivery and prevent book piracy.)

Data entered into BookFunnel will automatically sync with or be transferred to our email marketing provider, Hostinger Reach, for the purpose of managing the ARC team and sending campaign updates.
The basis on which we may process these data is upon the provision of consent.
1.2. Use of Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel) for Book Advertisements
We use the "Meta Pixel" (formerly known as the Facebook Pixel) provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) on our website and digital book delivery landing pages (such as BookFunnel).
A. Purpose of Processing
The Meta Pixel allows us to track the behavior of visitors after they are redirected to a BookFunnel landing page by clicking on a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertisement. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our book promotions for statistical and market research purposes, optimize our book advertisements, and ensure we are reaching readers who are genuinely interested in our books.
B. Data Collected
The Pixel is a small snippet of code that places a cookie on your device. When you interact with our ad or landing pages, it collects and sends data to Meta, which may include:

Whether you successfully completed the book download or signed up for our review team.
The data collected is completely anonymous to us as the author; we cannot view the personal identity of any individual reader. However, this data is stored and processed by Meta.
